Present: Supervisor Adams, Clerk Aldrich, Treasurer Clutter, Trustee Radcliff, and Trustee Laupp. Meeting called to order at 7:01 p.m. at the township hall.
Action taken: Agenda approved. Minutes of March 11, 2008 approved. Treasurer’s report accepted and put on file. Cash on Hand balance is $324,217.41. Approved transfer of funds on Budget 2007-2008 line item “Community Building Utilities” to line item “Street Lighting”. Approved the Quarterly Finance Report. Approved the Cemetery Ordinance Book. Approved purchase of three rescue harnesses and carabea hooks. Approved purchase of server for computer up-grade. Approved Election Inspectors pay checks prior to May 6, 2008 Election. Approved Policy & Procedure for paying bills on-line. Approved extension of Conditional Use Permit for George Danke. Approved a directive to the Assessor for an additional duty in her job description.

Confined Space practical training with Fredonia FD. All members to meet at Newton Township at 1730hrs, or Fredonia Fire at 1800hrs. Training will begin at 1830hrs at Doug, and Angie Meyers Farm 6700 old 27.
