Present: Supervisor Adams, Clerk Aldrich, Treasurer Clutter, Trustee Radcliff, and Trustee Eyre.
Meeting called to order at 7:03pm at the Township Hall.
Action taken: Agenda approved. Minutes of December 9, 2008 approved. Treasurer’s report accepted and put on file. Cash on Hand balance is $322,900.36. Approved 2007-2008 Audit. Approved sending newly elected officials to training. Approved purchase of iron filtration system. Approved placement of Duane Packer and Blayne Frey on the Fire Department. Approved appointments to the Board of Review. Approved Petition for Bishop Drain. Approved contract with Belote Lawn Care for snow removal. Approved Resolution on Investment and Depository. Defeated implementation of Firearms Discharge Ordinance.
