Synopsis of Action Taken April 14, 2009
Present: Supervisor Adams, Clerk Aldrich, Treasurer Clutter, Trustee Radcliff, and Trustee Eyre.
Meeting called to order at 6:58pm at the Township Hall.
Action taken: Agenda approved. Minutes of March 10, 2009 approved. Treasurer’s report accepted and put on file. Cash on Hand balance is $323,678.63. Approved Andrea Hall added to the Fire Department. Approved spending to finish the farm rescue trailer. Approved payment of Election Inspectors. The Supervisor, Jeff Adams, is accepting any bids for the Sexton position for Newton Township.
