Synopsis of Action Taken July 8, 2008

Present: Supervisor Adams, Clerk Aldrich, Treasurer Clutter, Trustee Radcliff, and Trustee Laupp.
Meeting called to order at 7:02pm at the Township Hall.
Action taken: Agenda approved. Minutes of June 10, 2008 approved. Minutes of June 26, 2008 approved. Treasurer’s report accepted and put on file. Cash on Hand balance is $333,880.37. Approved transfer of $15,000.00 from General Fund to Fire Dept. Fund. Approved to table the Mutual Aid Agreement Resolution. Approved to pay the Election Inspectors for Primary Election before next board meeting. Approved to pay MCM Insurance before next board meeting. Approved Resolution be sent to County Road Commission for road repair. Approved to have Special Assessment for road repair. Approved to have Danke Conditional Use Permit turned over to the Townships lawyer.

Present: Supervisor Adams, Clerk Aldrich, Treasurer Clutter, and Trustee Laupp. Meeting called to order at 7:02 p.m. at the township hall.
Action taken: Agenda approved. Minutes of May 13, 2008 approved with corrections made. Minutes of May 19, 2008 approved with corrections made. Treasurer’s report accepted and put on file. Cash on Hand balance is $344,533.75. Approved line item transfer on 2007-2008 Budget. Approved request by Fire Chief to add another Lieutenant position to the Fire Dept. Denied starting a retirement fund for the board members with the Township contributing $100.00 for each member every year.
